Abreva
I always get them when I'm getting sick and out of everything that I've tried, abreva works the best. It's a bit expensive for a tiny tube but they should dry up in a few days if you use it multiple times a day. When I feel one coming on I start to use abreva and it prevents it from becoming a full blown cold sore. Abreva is good stuff
