A new furbaby!
Yes, you read that right! Thanks to Aubrey and her wonderful breeder, I am going to be the proud mama of a new baby boy! This baby boy is a GIFT to me from Aubrey, Baby Ella and Baby Chuey, who brought us together in the first place! OMG! I could scream! I will post more details later!
This is so unexpected but so wonderful for my family. My boys and my husband are very excited. And yes, we are all very nervous and don't know what to expect. I think everybody here is a little traumatized about how intense caring for Chuey was in those few weeks. We got Chuey's remains back last Friday. I can't imagine having a healthy baby to come home to and play with. My son's can't wait!!
Thank you so much Aubrey and I know the Lord is going to thank you for your kindness in a such a grand way that only he can. We are friends for life now....
I wanted to share with you all something amazing my 13 year-old son Michael said today. I was crying over Chuey and feeling bad for thinking of the new baby so much and he came to comfort me. And he said, "Mom, you should be happy this is happening, maybe God is doing this because we worked so hard to help and save Chuey, that he is rewarding us with sending us an even better and healtheir dog!"
I couldn't believe my ears. My son is amazing and I love him so much. He is my world. He's my step-son by the way but I'm the only mama he has and has had for the past four years. We were meant to be.
Wanna know what else? The breeder had alread named this little four month old miracle...his name is....Michael. Yep, just like my son. So we're thinking of the name Junior!! We all think its kinda cute! WE ARE truly blessed.
So Aubrey, I'll be seeing you on the weekend after a long flight to Florida from California. I am so excited and nervous. It's interesting how we all learn to handle emotions we've never had before.
Thank you all for signing Chuey's guest book. My family checks it everyday to see what's going on. We really appreciate all the support and love!
