Hello,

I've got a new little girl who just freezes when she goes outside to potty. I would like to get something that is already made so we don't have to wait. She weighs about 3.5 pounds, but is skinny, she's the same height and length as my 4.5 pound boy. Her neck is about eight inches, her chest is 11, and from the base of her neck to the start of her tail is almost 12 inches.
