This picture was taken when Topher was about 6 months old. He loves the TP, too. It's his favorite thing to chew...that and magazines. He's tearing up wee pads here...another favorite thing. Now I have holders so he can't do that anymore!

He can get into almost anything. He can undo any type of purse...zippers or snaps, it doesn't matter...he can open them so slick and dig around till he finds what he wants. (I saw red on his mouth one time and thought he was bleeding...it was red lip gloss!!) The wonderful thing is that he NEVER swallows or chews anything he finds, he just hides it under the blankets of his hut (crate). It's like he keeps things as his little stash.

We had a near tragedy on our hands one day when he got into hubby's lunch can. Cal had a pill container in there with some different meds for his bad back. I realized that Topher had gotten into the lunch can when I saw the EMPTY pill container on the floor of the livingroom. I was panicking 'cause I thought we would have an emergency vet visit to make...but I looked under the blankets of his hut and there he had carefully placed each pill under different corners of his blanket. The pills that were the same were kept together....man, it was like he was sorting them, for heavens sake!! The pills weren't even wet...perfectly intact. It was a scary few minutes till we counted them all but each one was accounted for.
