Coco does that too. I don't take her out but when I put her on her pee pad during her scheduled bathroom time, she takes FOREVER. Eventually both of us grow restless, from sitting and waiting on the pad. So she runs away and I throw my hands in the air. Then within seconds she finds herself a corner to go in
