i know it's confuisng at first, but when females are removed of their reproductive capabilities it's called spayed. Don't worry i didn't know what that was too, and i used to call spayed .... "sprayed" lol. just a little technical info, don't mean to be pushy lol
usually by 10 months, females(males too i guess) will have had their first period already(aka heat)-if minnie was neutered after that, it does take the hormones to "cycle" out like my fellow YT talker mentioned.
however, females do hump because they want to show dominance to other dogs. If you do not want that to carry on, I suggest say "bad" or "no" when you see Minnie doing it. It will eventually stop. I experienced this first hand with all my dogs. Even though somtiems i see them humping when I spy on them on my babycam, i don't say bad to them unless they do it in front of me
