Maybe you should alternate more. I think it's ok if your drink 16 oz of crystal light, and then water, and water with a hint of lemon, if that helps. Also, if you drink coffee or tea in the morning, or eat a soup at lunch, all that counts towards your water intake. Of couse, the more you drink the better, but the minimun of 8 cups of water includes all liquids you consume during the day. |
