Well, the Pedialyte has to be tossed after 5 days. The Nutrical is good until the expiration date. Plus the Nutrical works a lot faster, you'd have to give an awful lot of Pedialyte to get their sugar back up, with Nutrical it's just a pea-sized amount. It's high in calories and has other nutrients in it for dogs that are off their feed.
It's good to have both on hand, I need to get some Pedialyte to keep around just in case
