Welcome! All the way from Scotland, how cool is that? If the puppy canines on the bottom end up side by side with the adult canines you can wiggle the puppy teeth, loosen them up and help them out just like your kids teeth. Top canines have a tendency to come in front to back and are harder to get out. They usually have to be removed by the vet.
