Thanks for your reply. The reason I didn't walk away is because I didn't know the signs of a puppy mill, in fact before this I didn't even know what a puppy mill was. I thought the puppy would be fine after I got him home and gave him a bath. The breeder kept saying things like, "I stand behind my dogs." I also felt really bad for the little puppy and wanted him to have a good home. I basically just wanted to save him from her. I just don't want anyone else to have to go through this.
