I don't know what that respiratory Stridor is, but my brothers Yorkie makes snorting noises during the day, and snores at night, and has to have a flap of skin removed from the back of it's throat. You might want to look into that.
Sound like your brother is on to something. The stridor is in that same region of the upper respiratory. How did the operation come out. I am real fearful of putting Samson under to do the procedure. I did have the vet do a culture of the ears and there was no infection. Strange thing. I will have to keep exploring and spend money!
