We got Max last Wednesday. The girls were terrified of him. So we have him in the kitchen with a gate, so they can smell him through it. We also have a doggie door that goes into the kitchen from the lanai. Piper started going to the door Friday & checking him out. We let him run a little in the house & closely watch him. Piper has been playing a little with him, but she is so big, we have to watch every minute. Misha on the other hand doesn't want anything to do with him still. She runs & gets up on the bed for safety. She smells him if I'm holding him then growls. It will just take Misha longer, I think it is because she is older. Piper is 10 months, & Misha is 15 months.
