I have absolutely no clue which test, I'm sorry I do know that it's VERY important to keep your baby hydrated, no matter what, and you're already doing that . I just thought "parvo" right away because one of the signs of it is foul smelling poopies. I hope that you get some answers at the vet first thing Monday. Hang in there, and if you ever feel that your little one just isn't right, don't hesitate to take her to the ER vet.
