I agree though, all the waiters should have a good attitude and a smile if they want to get a good tip. I love the job so far and it is very hard. It looked so easy before I worked there. But also my first day was a busy Friday night and we were short on one waitress, thankfully all the managers are really nice. I had one table leave me $1 tip because I put their order in late in the comp. because I had a million other things to do and I forgot. But as soon as I did it they got it right away and the girl was still bitchy but I was nice. It was my fault but some ppl really don't understand how hard it is. We also need to memorize the menu and drinks which is a lot.
