She's TOO happy to have her own home. I had a dominate foster like that. I had never had to deal with that situation before then and just didn't know what to do except keep her in the doggie fence. I knew she had to be trained and I felt sorry that she was in the fence, so I just hooked her up in her harness and leash, led her around the house and around the other dogs (keeping the leash very short, and just gave her a little jerk each time she tried to grab anything or get too hyper. I would let her see the palm of my hand with each jerk. After doing this for about a week, many times a day, I then let her go without the harness & leash, but me in hot pursuit, and she wasn't eager to grab and kept looking at me. When she did try something I extended my arm and showed her my palm and she stopped. I kept this up with the good girl words she liked to hear.
