You may have appendicitis, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy or kidney stone. If you don't get any better or if your symptoms become worse in any way over the weekend you need to go to the er. Make sure that they do blood work, urine test and a cat scan. I have taken care of alot of people with appendicitis, some of them have had mild pain and nausea, some had severe pain and vomiting. Generally the longer it goes the worse the symptoms. When I was 12 I had appendicitis and I started hurting one evening and my pain was in the middle of my abdomen around my belly button...and then came nausea and then constant vomiting all night, the next day I was so weak I couldn't hardly hold my head up and then my mom took me to the dr and I had surgery. I never had pain that was localized to my right lower side, and I can say that I was never in severe pain. Every one I have ever seen with appendicitis just had that "sick look", instead of sitting up on the stretcher they lay down, they don't hold their head up, they are just plain yucky feeling. Do you feel like that? I hope you feel better and I hope it is nothing and just goes away. But don't ignore it. Anytime you have unexplained pain in your abdomen it is nothing to mess around with.
