Bunny got her rabies and last series a little over a week ago and she was really sleepy afterwards too. You could just tell she didnt feel well... she was up and down and just acted cranky! Another thing that vet warned about and we exp'd with the rabies was diahrrea. She got her shot at around 2pm and at around midnight she got it. Then in the morning her first was loose, but after that she was back to her fiesty little self. You just want to watch anytime they get their shots bc it is possible for them to have a reaction, but according to my vet, if they are going to have any adverse reaction, it usually happens within the first few hours. I always make sure that if I am scheduling vaccinations that I make the appointment as early in the day as possible and no later than 2pm, that way if something were to happen I could still take them to our vet and not have to deal with the Animal ER.
Hope your baby is feeling better in the morning!
