you def know it when it's happening - there is pain and if it gets bad - hemmoraging.....I had surgery when it happened to me - and Peanut is having MAJOR problems right now - I bet she can help you with your symptoms - she needs surgery bad poor girl.....I'll send her a pm and make sure she sees this
