I don't know how long it takes females to heal, but after our little boy was neutered, the first two days he just went wherever. We think he was in pain. Maybe its the pain?? But, I would give the vet a call/go see him/her to make sure she doesn't have an infection as the others suggested. Does she eat well? If not, maybe she does have an infection. I hope the poor little girl feels well soon!!!
