I sometimes have to run out quick to pick up my kids from school, and I like to take Chloe with me. She needs to wear a harness to be hooked into her console lookout seat, but if I have her in a dress (most of which are not harness dresses) I have to put a harness on her. I have the standard kind, so I have to take of her clothes, put her head through the harness loop, thread her foot through, bring it under, clip it, etc.
If I could find something that wraps around her clothes and fastens with one easy clip, that would be so easy.
Anyone know of anything like that?

Try the step in harness. It is wonderful! Much easier to put on. You can find it in most online pet stores, including Pet Edge, and some on here even make them. Just do a google search there are lots out there.
