not just the choking risk with the raw hides but also it is not digested and it gathers in the stomach. I gave given mine the chew-eeze that i found in walmart. they look like raw hide. they have chicken and beef flavors. mine love the chicken flavor.
Ahia got hooked on these things and i don't give her one for a long time in between. she loves them.
