I feel so bad for you both but definately don't blame yourself. Just yesterday Max who is 6lbs was running down the steps after me and he missed the last step cuzz he was going so fast and he fell & started to limp around and I felt so bad but nobobdy even did anything to cause it and still these dogs are little and can hurt themselves no matter how close we watch them.
