 Pixie is famous!
Hey all.... I just received my Stained Glass pattern book from CKE Publications. I entered the attached stained-glass pattern I created from a picture of Pixie. It was my first piece, so my teacher told me to enter it in a contest that CKE was hosting. They were going to pick about 25 patterns to publish in a pattern book called 'A Gallery of Winners'. And my Pixie piece actually won a place in the book! A couple of Joyce's other students won also, so she is going to have a 'book signing' at her shop in the near future. I'm going to take Pixie and get a 'paw' stamp so she can sign the book too. I'm so proud of my baby!!!! |
