I want to get a stroller for TJ and Roxy. I like the 4 wheel type. I have been to E-bay and they have LOTS and LOTS.

The problem is I know nothing about strollers. Other than I am a Black, Red, Tan fan for the coloring. I like 4 wheels. I want the seat part to be up high from the ground. I want them to be completely zipped in and harnessed.
Has anyone bought a stroller from E-bay????
