Well you don't need the book to know what to buy and how to start, that's the most important thing right now.
Grade B maple syrup
Sea salt (not iodized table salt)
ceyanne pepper
lemons or limes
distilled water
smooth move herbal tea
10 oz water
2 tble spoons syrup
1/10th teaspoon pepper
2 table spoons lemon or lime juice
Salt Water Flush
One quart water - warm
2 teaspoons sea salt
taken first thing in the am on an empty stomach - allow about 2 hours or so for the effects
Most of the stuff you can get at a health food store
I don't think I left anything out...
