I'm so sorry you are in so much pain and are unable to move. That same thing happened to my friend's husband. He has a herniated disc in his neck/upper back and a sneeze could affect him in that way. I also have 2 bulging discs in my lower back and a sneeze or cough does the same thing to me--pain just shoots down my hip and near my butt. One of the bulges I thing is pressing on my sciatic nerve. Anyway, I hope that your doctor will be able to help you and give you something to alleviate the the pain. None of the drugs mentioned above worked for me. Flexeril and Darvocet did nothing for the pain--just knocked me out--and over the counter drugs did nothing. Vicodin works well and it doesn't make me tired--just deadens the pain a bit--but it wears off fast. I hope you find relief soon
