Personally, I don't think an extra heartbeat is a big deal. I'm not a vet or anything, but it sounds like a scam to me. 6 hrs for an ekg????? I think I would ask someone else, maybe on this forum even, if that is really necessary. Just my thought. I hope and pray she will be fine, tho. Good luck and try not to worry!
