Yes. Don't try and force it to see if it will move. It may be a muscle spasm. Just check it out with the dr. Till then you might want to try short periods of ice on the back of your neck. My Dr told me the old joke: if it hurts don't do that! or don't try and keep moving it if it doesn't want to move. Try to relax...like that's easy to do.
