Mine would definitely be a toy poodle. I grew up with a miniature poodle (just a little bigger than a toy) and the first thing I did after moving away from home to go to college was find me a toy poodle. I was searching for a black one but fell in love with a red one. I don't know how many of you have seen a red one before. It's not an apricot (that's what we had growing up)... mine was copper penny red. Such a cutie! And yes, they are so easy to train and so smart. Daxton was such a laid back guy too. We had to put him down when he had a stroke at the grand age of 15..... such a devastating thing for me and my husband. Poodles are also great for allergy purposes too. I've always loved the Yorkies so I knew that's what I wanted next and now we have Tatum. Probably won't ever have a poodle again because I've fallen in love with the Yorkies but if I COULD have a houseful, I would choose at least one poodle again!
