They are like diapers for the babies.. a straignt band with velcro attached.. I just read where you add a mini pad to the inside.. Funny... I was thinking of doing that.. Right now Im using the tops of old socks.. LOL.. It seems to be working pretty well.. Im going to get out the sewing machine later and make my own.. Ahhh stylish.........
