I hope you can get yourself to the hospital! That stinks that your neighbor won't help out! What is wrong with people that they won't help out someone in need! Heck, I'm sure the kids are all in bed anyway, so she could lay there with her migraine and not have to deal with kids anyway.

I will say a prayer for you! I hope you feel better and please try to get to the ER! *HUG*
