I used them before I got married last spring. When time was up, I wiped the rest of the stuff off because it tastes gross. Be careful-that stuff will bleach your hands, clothing, and towels!
Also, I noticed that it made my teeth really sensitive, so start out with just one a day, and then go to two per day if it doesn't irritate you.
