I've used them - they do work REALLY well - I notice them starting to work after just three days, and they continue to get whiter and whiter. It's been about a year since I've done it, but my teeth are still quite white.. despite my addiction to PEPSI!!!

One thing I do hate about them is they make my teeth really sensitive for the two weeks that I'm using them. I only do 2 strips back to back when I do them. I always rinse my mouth well with water after and brush my teeth (with no toothpaste) to get all of the gel off.
