We are giving my dad and stepmother a 30th wedding anniversary party on Saturday and I'm in charge of the potato salad and cole slaw. My problem is, I have absolutely no idea how much to make. I bought 16 pounds of potatos. Will this be enough, too much? How about the cole slaw? How many heads of cabbage do I use? We are serving approximately 50 people.
