i assure you there is nothing to worry about as long as you've discussed it with your vet and you trust them to do surgery on a small dog. When morgan was fixed she had 6 teeth pulled front and back with no problem at all. If its just a teeth pulling they really don't even have to induce them with anesthesia. The vet can just gas them down, pull the teeth, and then wake them up. Simple and finished in 10-15 minutes total. Try not to worry so much. some things just need to be done, its better if you do it on your terms now then on the angry infected tooth's terms later LOL
