I know how you feel about the bad breath. Reese had one that never fell out and i thought I was going to have to do the same thing until the other day he pulled on his ball playing with my son and it came out. Scared my son to death. We have to know if it smells bad infection could set up and become an even worse problem with it being so close to the brain. Best to go ahead and when they are young and stronger.
