I have used this one groomer in my area for many years and never really had a problem...except I felt she cut them too short at times but not a big deal...I took my first Yorkie and a Peke/Poodle mix to her. However, since I got my boy Yorkie I have not felt as comfortable taking him there...I haven't been pleased with his grooming and I keep having these bad feelings that something is going to happen to him. So, I too am learning to groom him myself.
He may not look perfect but that's OK.
