I ordered these Monday afternoon and received them Wednesday afternoon, WOW
! I started using them right away and I must say that they are terrific
There is NO pee odor after the girls urinate on them, they absorb so quickly! I ordered 20 of the XSmall New pads, they're about 19" X 23" and just perfect
I did have to email them and ask about laundering instructions and they answered me immediately with detailed instructions. AWESOME customer service
