First, a vet is probably the last person to ask for that kind of info. They will tell you, as they should, that with a young puppy, you pays your money and takes your chances. ALL Yorkies are in the class of dogs called by AKC as TOYS. So, no matter how large or small a
purebred Yorkie is, it should be still designated as a "TOY".. Other terms such as mini, t-cup, standard when related to size, are marketing phrases. So, the standard of to 7 lbs as adult and classified as TOY are really the only proper phrases. I know you will love your baby no matter the size but when a buyer is given false info, it makes for some misdealings..
