I compare people like that to people who have badly behaved children, whose parents could care less about their kids being off the wall. For future reference, you should try and keep your yorkie in the child seat in the shopping cart, I always do. You never know the dangers that are lurking around and waiting to attack small dogs! I understand how angry you must be. For future reference, try and keep you yorkie as close to you in those situations where other dogs hang out. Stay positive, there are still alot of responsible pet owners out there!!
