If you dab a pea sized bit of gel on their lips, they will lick into their mouth and it will coat their entire mouth and gums. If your dog is larger, you can rub it along their front teeth and it will distribute throughout their mouth via their saliva... ewww... lol
But its just like spraying... all you need is to get it IN there.. and it will loosen the Plaque and Tarter.. and then brushing will remove it faster... but if you JUST CANT! it will still come off.... just at a much slower rate... but it WILL come off.
