i bought mine online from their website. the first one i got i didn't like and i returned it for another. They are very good abotu helping you find what you want and modifying it for your needs. Their main store is in brooklyn i believe. I want to go there and see what they have, thinking maybe the floor models will be cheaper.
you should have said something at the meeting at posh pets, morgan would have been more then happy to let Romeo try out her carrier. She loves it and even sleeps in it when she doesn't have to. its comfy i guess.
