My 5 mos. puppy pees outside and then 20 minutes later pees inside (and sometimes next to the weewee pad!) Same with poops only he seems to poop more indoors and not on paper. I don't get this. He is in a playpen when noone can watch him and then he goes on paper, but when he is with me in my room he will do it it right in front of me on the floor!
