Could this be a case of them catching something from him, as this late stage. Do you think I should be taking them to the ver? As it is, my vet says I'm a paranoid Yorkie mom, so I'm a little nervous of just running off to him.

By the way, this does not seem to be affecting their personalities. They are by no means off colour.
I had a specialist look at my Samson and he said the cough/sneeze was an upper respiratory stridor. Vet prescribed Trobutal for the cough and Temaril P for the throat. Temaril P is a cortizone and cannot be given too long due to side effects. I do not like the idea of doing a endoscopy because they have to put the dog under to run the devise down the throat. Sometime I think a lot of this sneezing and coughing is due to allergies which we a lot of in Texas. Try a room air purifier in the bedroom It seem to help at this time of year with pollen is heavy. I purchased one for a good price at about $159. This helps the adults too. He still has a volent head shake which could be allergies too, but not sure there. It is always something, but we worry a lot with them.
