I just heard the gardening folks talking yesterday - that they hoped our extended hours below freezing here in central Texas - 50-something hours - I know I know those of you in the north are thinking WHAT!!!
only 50 hours, but that is a long time for us. Anyway the gardening folks were speculating that the fleas may have frozen. That may not be the case if there are live fleas in OHIO!!! However, I bet the Ohio fleas are cold hardier than our whimpy ole Texas fleas!
I sure hope so!! Has your baby been around another other pets? That may be where she got the flea - even at the groomers!!!
Anyway, I sure hate to hear about fleas in the winter! Summer time is bad enough.
