The testicles should have dropped by now. If one hasn't then it needs to be removed or he will have complications because of it as he gets older. And there are several yorkies that retain their puppy teeth and it is best to get it all done at one time. My parents had a poodle that had a retained testicle and they had it removed but they didn't neuter him, they should have though ,because a dog that retains a testicle should not be bred because this can be passed on in the genes.
