I know there are a lot of Coach lovers out there, but their customer service absolutely sucks. I am in the process of dealing with them right now about a handbag that I got the week of Thanksgiving that I had less than 2 weeks and had to send off for a repair. When I finally got it back, I had to send it off again after 10 days for the same repair (last week). I have been around & around with them about REPLACING the bag and supposedly they are going to do so now. The bag is brand new and I want it to be exactly that. There is no reason that anyone should shell out hundreds of dollars for a bag that they have carried less than a total of 4 weeks that has been repaired twice. I have confirmation that they received the bag on friday, but I called today and she told me that it must still be in the returns dept, she can't find it anywhere. I am so sick of them and it makes me so sad because they have beautiful bags. But this is the last one I will own. EVER.

So, what I am trying to say is.........take it back to the store and tell them that you don't think you can use it because it has no strap and leave it at that. Get your money while you can and don't give them the option of saying no.
