Lola usually takes great measures to make sure she's always on the opposite side of the room as my daughter, who is 2 1/2 yrs old. Not that my daughter is mean to her or anything, but I think this loud, bouncy, hyper skin kid just freaks her out a little.
Well, my daughter has been really sick this week with a cold and just hasn't been her normal, vivacious self. So this morning, my daughter was laying in her little princess couch watching Caillou, halfway zonked out because of the cold medicine, and Lola went and sat down next to her and just watched her for a while. When my daughter didn't move, Lola walked right up and starting licking her face.
They just seem to know when something isn't quite right, don't they?
