Default Aspca

I decided to call the ASPCA again because I just can't let this go. I just got off the phone w/ them and they are going to visit A World of Pets (again). Turns out they have a recent dispute still open which was filed by someone who said the dogs were in bad shape. They are going to inspect them again but she said there isn't much they can do for an eye infection (the Lab) other than give them a summons to have the animal taken to a vet for treatment.

Then I mentioned how BOTH dogs were LIFELESS and extremely depressed. The woman said that most shelters dogs are like that and I said these are NOT shelter dogs. They are young puppies would SHOULD be bouncing off the walls and full of energy. They should not be listless and depressed. I told her I have 3 dogs and I can vouch for their energy and excitment -- it's UNUSUAL for a dog to act the way those 2 dogs acted. She said she understood what I was saying but there's only so much they can do.
