I'm not sure but with black poodle puppies, they say that if there is any white or silver hairs showing around their paw pads, it will most likely turn silver and not stay a solid black. I just know that from my search of a poodle many years ago.
That said, Tatum's mom is very light silver with a very light tan face. Her dad is very black with a red/gold face. Tatum has turned out to be mostly black with silver/gray streaks and a mostly red/gold face. You just never know! I don't remember any light spots on her when she was a baby but she was very black when she was little.... as most Yorkie puppies are.
